  • Upon contacting us, we send out a brief survey to better understand the requirements. Upon receiving the answers to the survey, we schedule an intake meeting and in most cases we can present a first viable candidate profile within 7 days.

  • We are so confident in our ability to guide and support you with our expertise and find relevant candidates for your vacancies that we wave the first month’s invoice of an annual subscription for new clients. As long as you cancel before the end of the first month or 30 day period, you will not be charged.

  • We always find relevant candidates and we always advise our clients on how to best position a vacancy in the market. However, if the determined parameters do not attract the right candidates, our clients can always assign a different assignment to us or cancel their subscription altogether.

  • An assignment is typically one or several tasks relating to one vacancy or talent initiative. E.g. you could ask us to do mapping, outreach and screening for a new finance vacancy. That would qualify as one assignment. If you added market research relating to a new sales vacancy, that would qualify as a second assignment (and require at least our ‘Permanent’ package).

  • We at MTL are not a sales agency. Our priority is to deliver high quality headhunting services. We believe that a monthly fixed fee best aligns our interests with those of our clients. In addition it gives our clients full control over their hiring budget.

  • Yes, upon request we also offer a hybrid retainer / commission model where we charge a 25% commission on the first year guaranteed compensation of the placed candidate.

  • Yes, our monthly subscriptions can be canceled before the end of the month while yearly subscriptions can be cancelled by the end of a 12 month cycle.

  • MTL is short for Mettle, which is defined as “the ability to cope well with difficulties; spirit and resilience”, which in turn describes our team’s competence and mentality very accurately.

  • Everything! We have fixed recruiting: Starting with our price model, which aligns our and our clients’ interests, to our use of functional experts as recruiters, which results in much higher quality work and enhances our KPIs way above industry standards.
